Compressor system Energy Saving achievement:

• Introduction of compressor system operation optimization
  1. The average hourly power consumption before the adjustment was 2097kwh, and the average hourly power consumption after the adjustment was 1,741kwh, energy saving about 17%.
  2.The average hourly saving is 356 kwh, the daily energy consumption is 8544 kwh, the annual energy consumption is 3.11 million kWh, and the annual saving is about NT$8.6 million.
• Improve compressor efficiency
  1. Improve the efficiency of a single air compressor
  2.Reduce the quantity of running of the air compressor group

Chiller system Energy Saving achievement:

• Improve the heat exchange efficiency of the refrigerant side of the chiller (KW/RT increased by 25%)
  1. The cooling water and refrigerant exchange heat; increase the heat exchange rate on the refrigerant side.
  2. Add MTS chiller solution to improve the efficiency of refrigerant.
• Cooling tower water consumption data (Tons) At least 12.5% reduction in water consumption
