MTS SCRUM Platform includes the following three main function pages:

一、Task Function

1. Project Task Page: each BU can arrange the project task, and checks the progress and status of the project.
2. Project Plan Page: each BU can arrange sprint plans for each project, and make the schedules.
3. Machine Task Page: each machine can arrange personnel to work, and confirm whether the machine needs to be verified.

These three pages will be entered in order, and can be used in project planning and machine tasks.The page can switch between projects or plans at will.

二、Progress Function

Display the current progress of each project, estimate the execution time of the overall project based on the project’s project start date and project end date, and calculate the equipment progress, project progress, and project progress based on the proportion of work completed.

三、Information Function

1. Problem reflection page: The problems can be posted, and the system will automatically send letters to notify the processing staff, and related problems can be solved immediately.
