Increase paper machine production speed
- A well-known paper machine production line has a nmachine design speed of 1580MPM, and the general application can only reach 1320MPM. Through MTS diagnosis and research, the power transmission design problem is confirmed. After 2 hours of maintenance downtime and the application of the MTS solution, the paper machine speed was immediately increased by 17%, and it was able to run more smoothly and reduce paper breaks.
Reduce downtime
- The paper break frequency of a newly installed paper machine is 92 times per day. Through MTS precision diagnostic inspection and implementation of improvement/modification solutions, paper breaks were reduced to only 1-2 times per day, which greatly improved production volume and quality.
